I believe everyone deserves a second chance, both an opportunity for redemption and a test of sincerity. People are capable of change, growth, and regret. Yes even Fish. Humans aren't defined forever by their worst moments.
When someone truly learns from their mistakes and shows they're trying to be better... Not just apologizing, but transforming— a second chance can be deeply meaningful.
Asa might have made a mistake back then when they refused to heal for a raid. But you cannot force people to play something they don't want, even if that is what we needed at the time. Still, Asa has proven time and time again to be a reliable guild mate and a good person.
Fish said some dumb things. Not nice to undermine the guild that has accompanied you on so many adventures and geared you up. Especially when you care so much about loot, like getting TF... He did show up late to BWL on his alt mage and helped, so I that is why I think he can't still change what he is doing.
A lot of the best stories start with second chances. Not because they erase the past, but because they show who someone chooses to be after it.
