Typically talents don't really matter all too much until you start doing 50ish dungeons.

The reality is they went to BWL on their mains earlier because they wanted to do Kara40 and needed to do BWL for the quest. FMC's BWL was after their Kara40 raid. But instead of leaving FMC minus two players they decided to take their alts to BWL just to help out the guild. They even offered to take no loot. Filthydrunk was just angry at them for personal reasons and seized this as an excuse to hurt them.

The problem with fish is that he's very selfish and will actually refuse to attend FMC raids if he has a better chance of getting what he wants elsewhere.

Chances all the professions give the same bonuses, like in WotLK. So far the only confirmed outlier is Alchemy since other "high end" recipes are unknown and that belt buckles will be meta for hybrids (all stat increase).

Again, the lack of vellums isn't a real problem but I can't find a good reason to remove them. Also it mainly shits on the enchanters themselves since they can't enchant their own alts.
