specifically the ones on the melee upgrade sprue are. they lack the tiny rivets, and there's a panel line on the outside of the forearm, and as mentioned, it's missing an extra layer of armor on the wrists, but other than that it's got the same construction. the way the upper and lower arm armor connect, and the elbow armor is the same.
