>Look up how much you can afford on your salary. I'm convinced that if Ameicans could do math they'd finally fucking rebel.
(((They))) prevent that with debt. Keep the goyim fat and happy with a house and truck and vacations they can't afford and they'll think they are much richer and more prosperous than they really are.

I bought in summer 2020 at the peak of the pandemic
>3% fixed rate
>got a huge discount plus seller did all the repairs my inspection recommended because the seller was desperate to sell and literally nobody was buying in this town at the time
>they put the house on the market the day before lockdowns started lmao
>tfw almost 5 years after closing and my home value has nearly doubled
>tfw mortgage payment and amount I save for maintenance each month is still way less than what a comparable rental in the area would go for
>tfw everyone I know who tried to fud me by saying it's too risky to buy a house during the pandemic waited until after the pandemic to buy their house and are either cucked with a rate at least twice as high as mine or priced out of the market entirely
>tfw this was by far the best financial decision of my life
