A Daemonette or Plaguebearer that hides among hordes, when hit it puts its pheromones/stink on you which attracts all the hordes.
It's resistant to melee damage causing you to take damage and debuff instead. Immune to Ranged. Only anti warp based stuff like Psyker abilities, Zealot book, Relic blades, Flames etc work to lower its guard to kill it.

It likes to hide among the hordes only detectable by its glowing pink eyes.
