See that 2% below the position your platoon is in? That's indicates how many platoons are better than you. This 2% means that only 2% out of all the platoons in the server are better than that one. So if you see a 95% it means that 95% of the platoons are better than the one you are in. That means that your platoon sucks.
To get the max rewards you need to see a 5% or less. On the right side you can see the total score your platoon got. Tell us how much it was (even if you round it up a little)
