Ah okay that's all fair. Good stuff. Glad to hear you have recovered. Injuries are terrible. Also I think 130 is a good zone for base building, aerobic capacity increases without causing too much pediatric damage, it's ideal really and has been working for me. Playing the long game, letting the pace come to me as I keep energy output low. I push hard on interval days. HR gets up to 180.
