no one wants to fuck around with a 70C bloom, pouring over a spoon, and excavating the bed. i'd almost believe he made this video as a joke to see how wacky a method he could come up with that people would still call him a genius for.

i guess since Coffee Chronicler nailed the simplicity/flavor tradeoff with his 2 pour recipe, there's nothing left for coffee celebs to do with the Switch except gild the lily.
