I'd say Scorpion looks bad when the skin of his mouth isn't covered. Ditko knew what he was doing. I'm partial to the classic look where you can see his lips but it's still covered by the green of the suit. Full-mask can still be cool though.
I'm seeing a lot of good ideas here in the thread. Scorpion being more of a P.I. is interesting. Maybe he should cross over more with the secret agent side of Marvel more. Scorpion being either stealthy or super strong and destructive could be formidable. Imagine Black Widow being tailed (heh) by Scorpion and she figures out he's there and then he switches up his suit which is able to inject him with the strength stuff or morph mechanically into a bigger suit. Then Widow or any other lower level character has to deal with that.
Also Scorpion essentially being a spy or Mossad agent who could go rogue due to the drugs messing with him might be interesting. Not literally a mossad agent but agents suddenly going rogue and hurting their own country is pretty fitting with the scorpion and the frog metaphor. Let's hope Gargan doesn't go back to Infamous Spider-Man and end up like Epstein, kek. Also Gargan blackmailing Jameson and the media vould be an interesting story beyond blackmailing Jameson about Spider-Man. You'd think they would use Gargan as an investigator for the Jackal's clone saga/conspiracy (no, not Slott's story) but I guess not. They hadn't planned it out that way.
Gargan also being the one to always do the unthinkable like the bigger villains (except Venom) also would help amp up his menace. See? That's a good title for him. Scorpion: Menace. Nobody cares about Lily anyway.
