i think 36 is the goal this league (the little top notch, it gives you a cool cosmetic)
37 and 40 (the bottom notches) this league just give you a bigger trophy to put in your hideout, which is cool, but not crazy.

last league I got 37, got all the important rewards, and could have gotten 38 for nothing. but 40 in any league is generally out of my reach.
