Sadly just hearsay on my end here (100% sure I someone said it here during one of the omori discussions), thought there was some dialogue that also was evidence for it but looking back at what I remember. The line of dialogue I thought was referenced seems to play in-game and is mostly about fear of spiders, not anything more indecent. Though Omori's well out of my wheel house, someone more knowledgeable may give have more insight to its development and if this was the case or not.
