whoever said it was good? its in constant competition with Ent for 4th place. The Doc is good Tuvok is good, 7 is good. Tom can be entertaining. Janeway is fucking nuts. It at times can be very entertaining, some individual episodes can even be really good and clever, but over all because its constantly resetting to the status quo almost no-one really grows or changes, the examples I gave the Doc and Seven and to a lesser extent Tuvok and Tom do.
