Did anyone watch this? It only had one season but was basically Thomas with boats, made by the same company with a lot of the model detail of the early seasons if not even better. Pretty sure it's all on youtube last I checked.
I remember there was one character who was a lazy Mexican tramp freighter wearing a sombrero who was constantly trying to sneak into the harbor with contraband and bypassing customs, so they were ahead of their time in that regard.
