Jeets descend from the whites. They only became brown in the 5th century BC at the same time as they were becoming the majority. They hated that they had ended up with so much blood from the AASIs and the Iranians and naturally continued to see themselves as white, merely with corrupted blood, as their society and culture hadn't changed.
It's only since the middle of the 20th century that they came to terms with it by imagining themselves to come from a hybrid people born from mixture, a completely ahistorical romantic myth.
