Hello! I have lived with cats my entire life, and I still haven't found a litter system that works for my lovely cat and me. My cat is an indoor cat, and she is a bit bigger. No matter what I do, she spreads litter everywhere, and her litter box smells. I scoop her litter at least once a day, and I completely change it once a week. I am moving in with my partner, and we are living in a tight space, so I'm trying to find something that 1) keeps the mess contained, 2) keeps the odor contained, and 3) is easy to maintain. Any and all suggestions are welcome! :)
Right now I am using the Arm & Hammer Large Sifting Litter Box alongside Purina Tidy Cat Lightweight litter. I also want to mention that I am chronically ill, and have a degenerative spine disorder. Bending over frequently and lifting heavy litter bags can be difficult for me.
