yeah and Cerydra needs to compete with the powerhouse that is C2 phainon in terms of pull value efficiency. The devs really wrote themselves into a corner with phainon, but I think they're just greedy with not trying to give her enough general buffs so that she can be used outside of phainon teams.
But then again, maybe they're worried that she'll be stealing pulls from the real support powercreep, cyrene.
