The entire Russian military budget is the same as the US nuclear budget. 70-80% of those nukes are most likely out of order due to the extreme cost of maintaining nukes (such as replacing the tritium cores.) On top of there aren't enough delivery mechanisms (such as ICBM) for all the nukes either way and these also needs to be maintained. Haven't even accounted for the blatant corrupting but all these things will fall on deaf zigger ears. Only shitskins will believe this D tier propaganda.
