I don't know how to make quests or dialogue for followers, hell I don't even know how to make a follower anymore. Always did wanna do a voiced follower though, and a quest does sound neat, but I wouldn't know what kind of fitting quest would work for Snakestone. If anything he'd be like a missive board and just have radiant bounties you could join him on, and if he was voiced i'd probably have him location aware and comment on places, and quests. Maybe have him comment/complain about his wife and kids. One thing I'd have love to do is also have him play the lute on command but that'd probably require scripting and that is way beyond my scope of very limited modding know how.
