Part 11 summary:
The gang is in a service tunnel underneath the Lunar Capital. Yuuma discovers the axe she wedged into the Waking Dream Machine works as a toggle: axe in, off. Axe out, on. The vampire hunting band of fairies emerge with Yuuma into the waking world. The fairies formulate a plan to capture the crow tengu harassing Nazrin. Myon investigates the nearby janitor closet.
The gang lures the tengu into a trap with a box of popcorn. As the tengu inspects the popcorn, Cirno pops out and freezes the tengu on the spot. The frozen tengu is placed in a cage and left near the furnace to thaw. Mokou offers the tengu a sukucig. Unfortunately, no one was aware of the sukucig's transformative properties and the crow tengu transformed into a sukusuku. A sukutengu.
Myon wheels out a sleeping Daiyousei, Lemontene and Lily White from the janitor's closet to the disbelief and confusion of the already-present fairies and everyoneelse. Baffled by this turn of events Mokou takes a deep smokou, loads everyone into Sukuvan and peels out to the Gensoukart race track. Mokou breaks out to the streets, adopts a kasa-obake, blows up the SDM (somehow), loses Sukuvan's Corn Wagn disguise and has a car duel against Kyouko ending in both racers getting blown away.
Somewhere else, various moon bunny bosses conspire with a remote Kaguya to relocate their popcorn. Kaguya had Yukari move the popcorn to Eientei. Koishi interrupts the meeting, annoys Kaguya into leaving and proposes a deal with the bunny bosses to stop the Sukuvan.
The gang recovers from their disorientation and find they are in the moon's popcorn mines. Nazrin and Wriggle are kidnapped by Koishi(?). Sukutengu is kidnapped by a Necronomicon-possessed Kosuzu. Mokou's physical impurities have a party and use TNT as glowsticks. Mokou finds a ransom note telling her to come to the biolabs for Narin and Wriggle. Mokou, Yuuma and Chiyari uncover a portal.
