They still look ass. Making them taller and skinnier just made them looks lankier compared to firstborn astartes. They also have worse aesthetics overall including their vehicles.
Just look at this shit, at the bottom you have a grounded apc with a properly fitted heavy bolter. Now at the top you have primaris shit with lame levitating apc and somehow a giant m2 browning instead of a heavy bolter.
