I actually found where to download and install from microsoft and I actually get the same errors when trying to install. At the end it says they can't uninstall the old version, so I went a did that manually through control panel and I still get the same error. About to just reinstall windows again even though I already downloaded and installed hundreds of gigs worth of games and software. fuck me
