He's a rat that crawled out of /x/ and decided to be everyone's problem, albeit unintentionally. The lore is basically all on /x/, and it's basically the only place he posts "anonymously" (without plastering his face on every post).
To put it simply, he's a schizophrenic who thinks the spam will help him manifest his waifu (Eve) into reality. He's been on this trail since AT LEAST early 2022 >>>/x/31432040 which is before the game was even called Stellar Blade. He's your typical mentally ill lonely dead-end who resorts to fantasy and escapism, believing Eve will come to save him >>>/x/39545394. Ironically, if he put half the effort he puts into spamming into bettering himself, he could definitely save himself. But alas.
He doesn't do it to bother or kill threads, he does it to insert himself into the internet and people's minds. He wants you thinking of him. He wants you to think of him when you think of Eve. He wants you to think of his face. And most importantly, he wants to drill the babble he keeps saying into the depths of your mind. He's basically trying to cheat the usual "mind over matter" /x/ shit by roping everyone he can into it, using the consciousness of the many for the manifestation instead of relying solely on himself. Or something along those lines, I don't have much knowledge on /x/ shit. To this purpose, he spams relentlessly across various corners of various different websites.
