What the fuck is the point of this if I have to keep the server running on my PC just to use it on my Android device? Seriously, what's the logic? I set up Jellyfin thinking I could just access my movie library remotely, not babysit a server every time I want to watch something. If my PC has to be on 24/7 for this to work, how is that any better than just copying the files directly to my phone? This defeats the whole idea of convenience. Why even call it a media server if it can’t serve anything unless I'm constantly managing it myself?
