Honestly, if given the opportunity to act out this kink, id probably go this route:
> Hormone/supplement regimine to make her breasts grow, even if she already has an endocrine disorder that causes them to expand anyway, within reason
> Strict no bra policy when we don't need to maintain appearances, I just really like sag
> She basically doesn't have to think if she doesn't want to
> Speech is the safe word, if she makes cow sounds then I continue to treat her like my pet cow
> Bad behavior means she doesn't get milked and we use hormones to keep her production up.
> Good or really good behavior gets situational rewards
> Breeding would be hot, but realistically I'd go into financial ruin if I were breeding my cow wife willy-nilly.
That's all I got.

I like the idea of a cow being really smart, but her lifestyle basically leaves her not needing to think much, if at all. Like, the potential is there, but her role means it's never really used because she's preoccupied with getting milked 24/7 and eating/drinking to feed her milk factory-tier udders.

Tbh if anyone is planning long-term profit with human milking stock then the best practice would be to at least keep you reasonably healthy.
An overburdened or resource strained body will struggle to keep up production long, Healthy body = healthy money makers (udders)
