Even though Tamers hates Fluttershy the most and Pinkie Pie is his top 2 favorite members of the Mane 6 I think Pinkie Pie is the bitch of the Mane 6.
Twilight seems to basically hate her and constantly treats Pinkie Pie like shit, and even Rainbow Dash bullies the crap out of Pinkie Pie despite having a romantic thing with her, like in Lemonade stand.
Pinkie Pie has been Fluttershy's bitch too like in Hot Pot Party Flutters kicked her out of her house, and beat Pinkie Pie's ass in the bathroom.
Applejack whipped Pinkie Pie as well for trying to squeeze a lemon in her eye.
Hell the only member of the Mane 6 who has never been mean to Pinkie Pie is Rarity.
So yeah Pinkie is definitely the "bitch" of the Mane 6.
