Guys, the trick is to give vague answers to whatever your co-worker is asking, then turn the question back around on them and let them prattle on about themselves for a few minutes. People love talking about themselves and if you let them do so in their presence, you're "a good listener" and "supportive" instead of "antisocial" and "an active detriment to the workplace environment"
