Yeah, the name of the game is just counting calories. You just need to have your limit, count everything you eat, and make sure the day's total is at or below that limit. Soup is typically very low calorie, it's literally eating meat and veggies plus meat flavored juice that usually cups at like 35cal a CUP. You'll want to make sure you're staying full as reasonably possible, but also it's advised to never force feed yourself. Below your calories limit and not hungry? Cool. Extra deficit that day. It's [meal time] and you aren't hungry? Don't eat. Shrimple. Also, avoid liquid calirie like milk, juice, soda, and various flavored drinks. Always ready the label, before you drink enough calories for a large meal and now you can't eat any more for the day. Unsure about eating something? Log it as if you did eat it and see how you feel. If you can really live with that then sure eat it, if not then don't eat it. You will have to be hungry at some points and just accept it. Just be hungry and not eat. Stay strong and wait until you can eat. Different meal times and meal numbers may vary, really it what works for you. One meal a day (OMAD) usually very popular, most agree dinner is best so you aren't trying to sleep hungry. Others may prefer to eat all their calories at breakfast, others just graze all day on low calorie foods. Be realistic about your goals. Don't push TOO hard (1,000cal deficit) but don't be a bitch and just just do a teeny itsy bitsy deficit that will have you lose a pound a month. DO NOT IMCLUDE EXERCISE CALORIES. You can count them, but don't say "hurr I ate 2,000cal and burned off 1,000cal so I can eat another 1,000" first off you in all likelihood did not burn that many calories. Secondly, you can't buy calories back. It's bad practice and you will not lose weight, at least as much weight.

SHE'S.
A .
CARTOON!!!!!!!!!!!!
SHES NOT REAL.
HER AGE IS LITERALLY JUST A CONCEPT SHE CAN BE 1600 YRS OLD BC AT THE END OF THE DAY SHE'S NOT REAL
I think you truly do not understand how different the numbers are outside of the US. I make around 60k per year pre-tax, but that's about 40k per year post-tax. As it happens, currently I live like a rodent and own a shitty little flat. So I can live on 12k per year, just about. This leaves me with 26k per year in savings. So, I can more or less match these FIRE calculations.
But this is only the case because I'm a lifeless incel substisting on the bare minimum, I literally only work and sleep. If I ever want to have things like a family or even a car or a nicer flat or eat at restaurants that goes out the window and I will live hand to mouth.
For this country, in terms of salary I'm in the top 20% and in terms of monthly savings I'm fairly certain I'm in the top 10% or more. So yes, I can retire one day, assuming I live in an old one-bedroom flat alone and eat beans until I'm 50 (and then I'll have barely enough to not work but continue that lifestyle until I gracelessly expire).
Here, it's supposed to be part of the social contract that you pay out your ass in taxes but the state has you covered for retirement, sickness, family and education. Unfortunately that turned out to be a pyramid scheme that is collapsing as we speak, and I think the people here don't fully understand it. Or if they do, I'm disappointed that they're not turning boomers into mincemeat. Taxes are higher than ever but the public systems are largely unavailable and this will only become worse.
