Blu v Red fought in a big war spanning generations, the Reds have won.
Now they find themself at the highest cultural peak of their nation, and yet the nation ventures in total disrepair for the proud Red patriots need a constant enemy, and their industry has been built from the ground up with a planetary-scale war in mind. Now these lie in disrepair and the people fight pointless patriotism wars over the right shade of RED.
You play as just some guy getting by amidst all that in a backwater bunker thats more or less stable.

Or you experienced some other form of internal awakening, usually it's kundalini bringing about hyperasociative awareness or memory relapses. This is also only useful if you're capable in understanding what you intuited. I wouldn't bother with such things, most people are junk.
