With Occult Crescent's relic questline dictating that Rowena lays legal claim to anything excavated from the island no matter how stupid or even contradictory to her own goals on the island, the entire expedition is completely pointless! The island becoming a trade checkpoint profits absolutely nobody but Rowena, and it would be more advantageous to merchants to continue using Ketenramm's much more treacherous charter to Tural than it would be to use Rowena's safer toll-booth island.
