Unironically, they need a Fubuki, or possibly a Mint. Obviously not Mint herself, but they need someone with that kind of gravitas, likeability, and stage presence. HoloEN feels extremely unfocused and distant right now and they need someone with enough charisma to rally around.
They could also use a Doki since nobody in EN gives a shit about coming up with interesting group collabs anymore. The closest thing to that is Mori now but she's obviously way too busy to do that kind of shit regularly.
Actually ironically, if Doki starts up more big vtuber events and Holo's actually allowed to participate, it might help bring people together. They need a community to participate in.
