the anon who told you to work on your observation skills is completely right, construction doesn't really help when you don't know what the thing you are constructing is supposed to look like. try to look for shapes in the body and negative space, don't look at the thing you are drawing as a human look for the shapes. Also I'm not telling you "construction is le bad" if you insist on using construction draw the boxes and orbs into the reference basically reverse construct the reference and go off on that until you are comfortable doing the construction freehand but I feel like that's still a step too early for you.
