Why call it a Photonic Incinerator, why not just give it a heavy flamer like everything else and not have to deal with every legion complaining they can't swap it out with chem flamers, assault cannons, dragon flamers, and what ever else they have access to swap stuff for?

Why does everything need to be a fucking super special unique weapon? Why can't we have standard issue stuff that legions make special?
