Im a 1 and have always hated it. Feels like you cant even wear a watch with wrists like these. Ive been working out and focusing a lot of forearms and all its done is made the wrists more noticeable. The taper from wrist to forearm is huge. Been doing dead hangs and all this shit but you make bone grow. Last thing I do is I hit a bag bare knuckles and do strikes with the sides of my wrists. This has actually made my hands a bit thicker but the wrists remain the same.
Please, is there some gym bro that knows the secret to wrist growth. Ill take half an inch of growth.
