Gauss, Volt and possibly Lavos can achieve that.
A Grenade launcher. Tonkor should work.
Volt is a starter but you'd be shooting electricity and making an electro shield until you get Tonkor.
Oh there is also Kuva Brahma, it's a bow that shoots bomb arrows. It could work but that weapon is gated behind The War Within. And I think you'd need to have your own Railjack too so until then Tonkor.

Basically after War Within you can make adversaries. A Grineer larvling you kill will inherit some of your powers and become deathless. You'd need to hunt the fucker all the way to Saturn and then you get his weapon once you kill him. That's how you get Kuva Brahma
