The problem is not immigrants, many of whom work (which helps pay for the NHS) without using the NHS themselves.

The problem facing the NHS is OLD PEOPLE. More and more old people, seeing the NHS all the fucking time, while paying nothing towards it, because they don't pay taxes anymore.
