No, I would get some land to build a cool library/archive to live in, a workshop and a bunch of greenhouses and poultry coops. If I make it a business and it gets big enough, then I'd take on local people and pay them a fair wage based on what we make after everything is paid, along with probably a percentage first dibs on harvests when there's reasonable surplus. If the lot's big enough then some basic housing for hands could be built on site. Unfortunately, I'm not a billionaire the government here hates anyone who produces anything, especially if it has value or offers jobs. So I'm here shitposting and eating the handful of cherries my baby tree produced, instead.
