yes it changes the name with the kill count, and the 5th kill definitely counts for the needful
but not sure if you get say 6 kills if it gives you +1 towards the needful for the 5th kill or +2 for the 5th and 6th kills
the UI text makes it sounds like only the 5th would count, but UI text is completely wrong all the time in shart thunder
