Magic is sentient. Black magic is evil. When you engage in necromancy you are allowing a conscious evil force to enter the universe and influence it. No matter how beneficent your motives or how clever you think you are, Black Magic is a single, unified entity with a 6 digit IQ that is older than the universe. Every opportunity you give it to influence the world no matter how small it will leverage to maximize the amount of harm that it can cause, indiscriminately. It wouldn't offer you the power in the first place if it did not think that it could cause some sort of harm with it. It has no interest in context or transaction--it doesn't need anything from you except for you to give it access to the material plane, which is the one thing it cannot do.

There is a reason that nothing good ever comes of necromancy. You might think it does, maybe you think you can use it to do some benign task or to save labor or whatever--but the magic is smarter than you are, more sagacious, and if its plans take centuries to come to fruition, well, it's waited millions of years for the chance, time is no obstacle. Every skeleton you raise even if only to go and fetch a glass of milk for you leaves a permanent stain on the fabric of the world, every footstep leaves a trace of the magic, a twinge of the pitch black breath of the beast that lives beyond the black gate. Not even the gods can predict the depth of its cunning, its sick desires, for even the most wicked deity desires worship, a world to rule. Not the Black Magic. It desires only annihilation, so that it may rest in the undifferentiated stuff of nonexistence, content that its work is at last complete.
