It's both immensely satisfying and disappointing to get good enough at the game to stomp and realize that's a major reason why people don't stick with the game. I don't have any clue around it. I think the solutiom really is just a big enough player base so old players can match with old, and new with new. At least playing as an objective based Engi is a unique playstyle regardless of typical skill. I highly recommend that.
