I think I found you one suitable election, by the way. Pic related. I normally use whole sign houses, but as a Warnock student I use quadrant houses for my talismans (for now). Regiomontanus to the rescue.
My mind nags at me with obscure horary rules, but as far as astrological elections are concerned, this one should be just fine. Jupiter is sufficiently close to the midheaven, and the Moon is applying to a sextile within 3-4 degrees, from the 11th house. No hard aspects, no combustion, no slow planets. Only things that could be improved would be moon phase and Jupiter's separation from the midheaven. Unfortunately the planetary hour restricts how early we can start, but it's still workable. You might find yourself in a bit of a rush though, to finish the creation of the talisman and do the consecration on time. What I would do is get 99% of the work done earlier, and maybe leave a single letter to complete the talisman - do that on the election, and try to get the ritual done fairly hastily. Maybe do a practice run without the talisman first, just to see how much time it would take to go through the ritual itself.
Assuming a very exact geographic location, the election would start at 11:55:09. My recommendation is to maybe wait a bit, perhaps until 11:55:35 (or 40), and then begin as quickly as possible (light the candles, incense, do the carving, then the ritual and the suffumigation). (You can do the water purification before the elected time.) IIRC Warnock's rule was that the astrology becomes unsuitable if the relevant planet is separating from an angle by more than 8 degrees (you can verify that yourself). So the end time is at the latest 12:12:00. I think 12:03 (within 5 degrees) is more preferable, and 11:59 (within 4 degrees) better still.
You can probably continue the ritual and ponder the purpose and do visualisations about it for a bit longer after that, but I'd definitely try to wrap up the invocation and suffumigation in time.
