If I worked in QA I think I'd blow my brains out. I choose to do this and it's a pain in the ass. I can't imagine doing the same thing for software I don't give a shit about. Men in Black - The Series - Crashdown (USA) has something wrong with its audio where sound effects get stuck playing forever after you kill enemies. But I have no idea how to reproduce it consistently other than it happens most of the time in level 3 on the second and third fish guys. I couldn't get it to happen in Mednafen.
