I never inferred that Radagon comes FROM Marika. I inferred that they're two beings that swap "existing" at that time. It's left intentionally vague. I'm not saying I'm right, but I assumed they're an inverse of the paladin brothers we find. Instead of two bodies and one soul for the brothers, it's one body/vessel that morphs depending on which soul is in control at that time. Marika and Radagon eventually agreed that having children together was how they wanted to rule the Elden Throne, the disagreements came later.
