They can't because it is still trained on the work of others. Until this is solved in court first, using AI on copyrighted work is too risky. I'm sure they would use it right away if they could be safe legally (Like they did for Darth Vader's voice) but it's still not safe from lawsuits.

They don't need to censor it, just demonetize it, which is already happening on all platforms. The algorithms are super trigger happy about demonetizing stuff.
