Coming from the opposite direction. Last July I was 180lbs (5'8" tall) touching 17X.Xlbs on some good days. Sitting at ~215lbs right now which was where I started that year, thankfully I never stopped running so I'm always burning calories. Part of it is from my wide frame so the only thing I can look forward to is removing depth (primarily belly but fat is everywhere).
The bright side of having gone that low was realizing people like >>18479980 are right and that it can get better/lower. Went from XL to M that year and I refuse to get anything L or larger so I'm stuck with my old clothes and new Uniqlo M stuff to start the wardrobe. Once I get back down there in the span of a few months my goal will be to inch towards 160lbs and below without symptoms especially hair thinning and such.
