It's come to my attention that Yuuse's book was silently dropped on the repo last week without me realizing it. I would like to make adjustments to that book, such as adding the early chapters and fixing details, but for that I would need to talk to the person who posted it, so I'll leave that for later.
For the moment, what I really want to say is this:
If you were here for League 5, do you remember the riddle game with a reward for solving it? I said many times that the reward was not a certificate or the like, but something practical that would be useful to multiple people.
Well, now I can say that half of the reward was a promise to start releasing a translation of this (Yuuse's) book as soon as I knew that someone solved the riddle. Since it's already been released (sort of, although not entirely satisfactorily to me), that's not much of a reward anymore, so I would like to request opinions on relatively short books that could be done as a reward instead. Yuuse's book was useful to me in ranking up, so I'd pick whatever I like the most for similar reasons.
The other half of the original reward is still a secret, but maybe you have a better idea about what it could be now. I would have eventually made "what is the reward" the hint for the next game if I ever made one (still up in the air.) But even the latest hint game ended up being delayed more than I planned, which is surely part of why it was never solved.
And yeah, I could have just posted it without waiting. But I thought you could solve it if you worked together, so I committed to this path. Plus, translating takes a LOT of time I could be using to study more and play more instead. You'd have to earn it, I'm afraid.
I do apologize for bringing up League 5 business in the middle of League 6. I have another team for now, but since I put a lot into League 5, I still have some attachment to the Doracula theme/players and want to finish what I started even if it's mostly a personal project.
