people always whine about chapter 1+2 but I'd argue chapter 4 is worse, since first 2 chapters kind of sets up the main story then has the cliffhanger of seeing an actual storm kill schneider, then you have a flashback in chapter 3 with constantine killing vertins friends and then jumping into office politics for chapter 4 with the only real good bits being the chapter 4 boss and sonetto saying paupers fuck off uncensored
