I bought aftermarket levers for the GSXS when I had it, but the GS500 is a different case.
I feel like the levers SHOULD be something more industrial as opposed to $20 ebay anodized aluminum levers.

Call it autism but I'd rather make something useful again rather than replace it. If it were a modern bike I'd replace it, but the GS500 almost requires a certain level of third worldisms.
I did attempt a sight glass replacement, but it's basically not worth it unless you have a shop press.
and yes, I did use heat and cooling.
