Me n helper n my stpdad hav joined the union bears

I would like to bond more wiv my stepdd but i dont know how to
I never had any father or male figures in my house growing up so am not good at talking with older men nd how to talk to them
Am not sure what is sum stuffs that you can talk with older guys aboit
Stuff that my stpdad likes is,,, Model trains n aeroplanes. Nd real ones as well.Going on holidays.Cars,,Stuff with union jacks on it.Fixing cars,DIY,gardening kind of but my mammy mostly do that,Stuff about world war 2,beer, the band Supertramp,ppl that have jobs,my mam,Rangers FC.
You know the house we live in now that my mammy bought in 2009,,I felt so peaceful when we moved here bc the last place we stayed before was really not great.
I learned that my mammy was short of 8 grand to get the mortgage nd my stpdad gave it to her. That rly changed a lot in my life n mental health improvement etc,I owe him a lot.
But ave spat it back in his face before. Just bc am insecure nd just not a good person when am in a bad way.
Its sad bc we dont get on that well but hes a rly nice guy nd i should try harder. You know.
This is part of my missions for this year,,To build more friendship.
