I thought it would speed up weight loss, but like...
1kg = 7700 kcal (deficit)

70kcal * 30days * (1/7700) = ~0.28kg in a month.

So if you torture yourself everyday biking for 1 hour, you will lose less than 1/3 of a kg in a month?

Bros... Is cardio just fake or do I just suck exceptionally bad at biking, and should expect to burn like 300kcal once I get really good at it?
