Fluffy yogurt with sugar free banana cream flavored pudding mix is really good. Bought banana cream by accident instead of vanilla. Mixed with a bit of cinnamon made it taste just like pie. I think I may pour it over my oatmeal tomorrow morning.

You also don't lose significant amounts of muscle mass unless you have it to begin with. You can worry about the significantly more muscle you'll get from starting your first bulk cycle than trying to preserve what you don't have and wont lose.

Can't stress enough how useful it is to take weekly body measurements (with a tailor's measure). Been having some rough fluctuations due to diet/sleep problems and creatine use. That can be discouraging if all you pay attention to is a scale. Being able to measure yourself and see the changes cm by cm is reassuring when this happens. In the span of six weeks:
